The Hostellerie 2008 Riesling:
Although not a Grand Cru, the Cuvée de l’Hostellerie has the same stature in the palate with a considerable presence. Ample, powerful, and with depth, it demonstrates a fine maturity. Beneath its almost opulent character, it allows the acidity to carry through the aromas for some time.
To be drunk with fish and especially with poultry, white meat or uncooked cheeses.
