Guide Hachette 2010

The property, located at the heart of the medieval city of Eguisheim since 1580, now encompasses over 16 ha, including parcels acquired from the 18th century in the Eichberg, where the Eichberg 2007 Riesling Grand Cru was born.
A straw yellow wine is discreetly fruity on the first nose, and then more expressive, on mineral notes and with a slight hint of over-ripening. In the bouche, there is a pleasant freshness that matches with a certain softness. The finish brings back the vivacity. A bottle that should wait two or three years. (Residual sugar: 12g/l.)
