The prestigious magazine Tasted publishes its guide to wines tasted by Peter Larsson, winner of the best wine water in the world 2007, and in particular the Alsace 2005 Rieslings.




Of the wines presented, he selected the following out of the bests of these:

Riesling Pfersigberg : « young and fresh, pure and fruity with notes of exotic fruit and honey in the bouche, and a fine length on the palate ».

Riesling Eichberg : « young and with an elegant colour, very pure and expressive, with notes of lemons. A good structure on the palate, very firm, with a fine freshness, long on the palate ».
